Our Promise
We specialise in 100% grass fed beef supplied from our own farm or other local farmers which is free from hormones, growth promotants and antibiotics. We also source grass fed and free range lamb, pork and chicken as well as MSA and grain fed beef if preferred. Our friendly team is dedicated to keeping the butcher shop tradition alive. Great service with a personal touch that only a local business can provide. Jason and the team will help select what best suits your needs and advise you on how to cook it if you need!
Our Story
We've been a family owned and run business for two generations. Initially a one man shop, it didn't take long for people to appreciate the quality and health benefits of grass fed and free range products and the business soon grew. As of 2018, we have a team of over 20 staff and offer free delivery to Brisbane, parts of the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and hinterland, Gympie, Tin Can Bay, greater Wide Bay, Murgon, Maryborough, Moura, Biloela, Gladstone and Yeppoon, and almost all areas in-between. The first-hand contact with, and feedback from our customers, drives what we do and supports our simple philosophy of providing top quality meats at affordable prices with personalised service.
Accreditation
We adhere to the very highest standards in the meat industry. Such is our commitment to quality assurance and food safety that we are both Safefood Queensland and HACCP accredited providing full traceability across our operation from paddock to plate.
